PROCESS OF AMENDING YOUR BUSINESS LICENSE
The license amendment process can be summarized as follows:
Initiating the request through completing the license amendment form or directly applying through the government portal for the required amendment
Obtaining initial approval from the government licensing authority
Acquiring third party approval from the concerned regulatory body (applies to regulated business activities only)
Submitting supporting documents, incl. shareholders resolution signed by the authorized signatory or signatories of the company, and any other documents that are required to secure approval of the requested license amendment.
Paying Government fees for the service request. The cost of amendments will depend on licensing authority.
Collecting amended Business License (either online or physical copies depending on the authority).
